How are moving costs calculated?
We tailor your quote based on volume (m³), distance, and desired services (packing, assembly, etc.). After a short on‑site visit or based on your details, we’ll provide a transparent, fixed‑price quote.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak times (end of month, weekends) we recommend 4–6 weeks in advance. Off‑season, short‑notice bookings (about 2 weeks) are usually possible.
Are packing materials and assembly included?
Our base package includes movers and transport. Packing materials and (dis)assembly can be added as options – just tell us what you need.
How is my move insured?
All moves include transport and liability insurance. Additional full‑value coverage for high‑value items is available on request through our insurance partner.
What happens if something is damaged?
We work with trained teams and quality equipment. If damage occurs, report it immediately after the move – we’ll handle settlement or replacement quickly.
